Orders ship within 1-2 Business Days.  Standard Shipping is 5-7 days in transit after order ships. Expedited Shipping is 2 days in transit after order ships. Priority Shipping is next day service. Longer transit times to destinations outside the contiguous U.S.

Orders must be placed by 1PM CST for Expedited and Priority Next Day Shipping orders to be shipped that same day. All packages are shipped by either USPS, UPS, or Fedex depending on the fastest way to get the package to your location given the chosen shipping method and are subject to change. Generally all Standard Shipping orders will be shipped via the USPS and Expedited and Priority service either UPS or Fedex.
 

Valid on orders shipping to the contiguous United States only. We cannot currently ship internationally.
 

APO shipping is available. Only Standard Shipping is available which ships via USPS Priority Mail. Add $5 to the above shipping costs for Standard. For example 1 candle shipped is normally $5, 1 candle shipped to an APO address will be $10 and will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. A pack of 5 candles is normally is $15 shipping, to an APO it is $20.
 

We cannot ship Expedited or Priority to PO Boxes, only Standard shipping is available for PO boxes.
 

Tracking Information
You will receive tracking information once your order ships from our facility. When you receive your tracking number it may show as 'Package Not Found'. Rest assured that as soon as you receive that tracking number via email that your candles have shipped.

Based upon availability and current shipping load if you are ordering more than one candle you may receive your multiple candles in 2 separate shipments. This is done to expedite the shipping time for you. So for example. If you order a 5 candle sample pack you might receive 2 of those candles in 2 business days after they ship and might receive the final 3 candles on the 5th business day after your orders ship. The entirety of an order will be received for Standard Shipping within a 5-7 day transit time once shipped, 2 days for Expedited Shipping and Next Day if order is placed before 9AM est time.
