Before you type your RINGREVEAL™ code to reveal it's value, make sure you're ready:
Please note that once you click "Reveal" after entering your code, the RINGREVEAL™ experience will launch and if you are on a desktop/laptop, your browser will enter full-screen mode and transition to a black or dark screen before fully loading (hold tight!). Once your RINGREVEAL™ experience is launched and you are prompted to choose webcam or mobile, using the back/forward/reload buttons on your browser or navigating away from the page will disrupt the experience and result in an "Invalid" code message if you try to re-enter your RINGREVEAL™ code.
If your computer freezes or malfunctions we will do our best to make sure you will be able to Reveal the code you received code. Always remember to include a photo of your RINGREVEAL code so our Customer Service team can better assist you.
