Be sure to carefully type your RINGREVEAL™ code just as you see it. Your RINGREVEAL™ code is a seven (7) or twelve (12) character alphanumeric code that is case sensitive. For example: if your code displays "123WIN456" be sure to use upper-case letters. In the unlikely occasion that it does not work, please connect with our customer support team directly with a photo of your code.
RINGREVEAL™ codes are alphanumeric and contain letters from A to Z as well as numbers from 1 to 9. Zeros are not included in RINGREVEAL™ codes. Codes will not contain lowercase letters.
Please note that once you click "Reveal" after entering your code, the RINGREVEAL™ experience will launch and if you are on a desktop/laptop, your browser will enter full-screen mode and transition to a black or dark screen before fully loading (hold tight!). Once your RINGREVEAL™ experience is launched using the back/forward/reload buttons on your browser or navigating away from the page will disrupt the experience and result in an "Invalid" code message. Not to worry, you will be able to enter your code again to see your results.
